The tennis ace and fashion icon, Maria Sharapova, lets us into her jet-set world.

Beach or mountain?
I am a beach person, definitely. Both my homes are next to the ocean, as I love to exercise on the beach.

A casual pair of Rick Owens pants, a casual top, a cashmere pashmina shawl, flat ballet shoes.

The Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman.

Florence and the Machine, Timbaland, Fionn Regan.

Skin secret
I always wear sunscreen. I always did, from a very young age. Spending so many hours in the sun, I really have to protect my skin.

Shopping hubs
Paris and New York City.

Favourite tote
My Cole Haan handbag, The Viola tote. I love it because it's big enough to carry everything I need on a flight. I always carry my cell phone, a sketch book, a pair of sunglasses, an Evian water mist Brumisateur, my MP3 player, sunscreen, lipgloss and anything to tie up my hair.

Biggest indulgence
Handbags, shoes and sunglasses!

Favourite accessory
My watch, a TAG Heuer Formula 1 Ceramic that I helped design. It's not only a great fashion accessory, but also keeps me on time. They have extended the design to a chronograph, and I can't wait to get one for myself.

Until now, I've only been able to wear it in photo shoots, but I know it's coming my way!
